Meta88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using meta88's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the meta88 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the meta88 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules that may be enforced from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the meta88 platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The meta88 platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are legally eligible under Malaysian law to participate in online betting and entertainment activities. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from using this service.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
- Each user may only hold one account registered under your real name.
- All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Meta88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
- Registering more than one account for fraudulent purposes or to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information targeting the platform or other users.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable regulations.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
3. Deposits, Transactions & MYR Payments
All financial transactions on the meta88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally.
Deposit: Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers and available e-wallets. Deposits are processed in accordance with the minimum limits set for each payment method. meta88 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any deposit that appears suspicious, pending review.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant bonus terms. The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method. meta88 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and promotions offered are subject to specific rollover requirements. Users must fulfil these requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. meta88 reserves the right to void bonuses if the terms of use are not met or if any abuse is detected.
Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Meta88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms.
- Fraud, attempted fraud, or conduct detrimental to the platform.
- Bonus or promotion abuse.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
Meta88 is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
- Losses resulting from technical failures by third parties, including payment providers.
- The user's own actions or negligence that result in financial loss.
In all circumstances, meta88's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the meta88 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of meta88 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the platform.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The meta88 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. meta88 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on such third-party sites.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
Meta88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
